Skiing without joining a club is bit like doing the tango without a partner tricky and pretty pointless.
Check out your local club
There are hundreds of ski clubs in the UK. Most of them are geared up for the social side of snowsport so they run skiing holidays, dry slope sessions and weekend trips. Other clubs are a bit more serious, and involved in competitions.
The best way to check out your local club is to go along to a meeting. You'll find a room choc full of skiing nuts who'll fill you in on the sport and convert you to the cause.
